Most recently, Mr. Farrar was President and Chief Operating Officer of Xpedior Incorporated (NASDAQ: XPDR) from May of 1999 until November 2001, including the completion of an Initial Public Offering in December of 1999.  From 1998 to 1999, Mr. Farrar served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Metamor Technologies Ltd., a systems integration and software consulting firm based in Chicago, IL and wholly owned by Metamor Worldwide  (NASDAQ: MMWW). From 1994 to 1997, Mr. Farrar was a Partner in the privately held consulting firm Metamor Technologies and founded the Internet and E-Commerce consulting practice that later formed the core of Xpedior.  Metamor Technologies was sold in 1997 to Corestaff Incorporated which subsequently changed its name to Metamor Worldwide. Prior to that, Mr. Farrar spent 7 years working in a variety of positions for telecommunications giant GTE Incorporated. Mr. Farrar's consulting work has achieved recognition by USA Today, The Wall Street Journal, Good Morning America, and Wired Magazine. Mr. Farrar is a regular conference speaker at Internet conferences and expos and has published numerous books on Internet related topics.


Mr. Farrar has an M.B.A. in Finance from Indiana University and Bachelors degrees in Economics and English from Wabash College.
